Super staff, cozy and well-kept rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. Lots of outstanding food for meals. Clean hotel, great service. An attractive property in Florence😀

I had a wonderful stay, the hotel was cozy and reasonably priced. Room was inviting and airy, I loved it. The takeout breakfast included lots of meals. Having different hot drinks in the English bar was a very nice touch.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Worth its 3 stars. Double room overlooks garden and includes an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Hotel's staff is friendly! Property has an amazing restaurant.

Such main attractions as piazza della signoria were near to this hotel. Centrally located, easy access from Santa Maria Novella train station. Rooms were large. No complaints whatsoever with the property...
